·The Baruch Padeh Medical Center, Poriya considers its foremost objective to be the improvement of medical services rendered to Israel's peripheral population, and thus shall relenteless endeavor to eliminate the gaps between medical services provided in Central and Peripheral Israel.
·The Baruch Padeh Medical Center, Poriya shall place patient needs at the center of its work and attention. The patient constitutes as the most important link in the chain of treatment, and, therefore, the hospital shall endeavor to regularly improve its quality of care and to maintain the safety of its patients.
·The Baruch Padeh Medical Center, Poriya shall endeavor to enforce the laws and regulations ordaining its ongoing operations, including the Patient Rights' Law and the Basic Law: Human Dignity and Liberty, and shall maintain equality and fairness when providing medical services to all its patients.

Similarly, the medical staff shall compose of members of different religions and ethnic groups. The medical center will nurture good working relations, and shall maintain its long-surviving tradition of tolerance, coexistence and multiethnic brotherhood.

The medical center shall develop foci of medical excellence, and shall nurture the levels of knowledge and distinction of all its medical employees to the benefit of its patients.
·The Baruch Padeh Medical Center, Poriya shall facilitate medical research in Northern Israel, and shall constitute as a focal point for researchers and research studies in medicine and para-medicine, and shall be used as a central component of medical education via the Northern Medical School, and shall develop and facilitate professional relations with medical establishments in Israel and overseas.
·The Baruch Padeh Medical Center, Poriya shall maintain constant collaboration with community officials in the region, shall strive to collaboratively realize the hospital's vision, and shall offer itself as a center of learning, training and promoting the region's students and inhabitants.
